TEAM INSURANCE AND REGISTRATION
FORMS
All teams and team contacts please ensure
that you have downloaded and completed a Team Insurance and
Registration Form. You can download the form
HERE.
It is a competition and insurance requirement that these forms are
completed and submitted for your team. Please download a copy
of the form, and return to EPTA - preferably in soft copy via email
to touch@epta.org.au

. If you cannot see your draws, please ensure you have ADOBE
ACROBAT installed and that you are viewing a "refreshed version" of
the website. If you have any issues or questions, please

LADDERS

Please ensure your Team Fees are paid in full. Teams not fully
paid up and financial will have points deducted, and risk being
omitted from the competition. If you have any issues or
